River City Pageant is open to all ages, genders and abilities.

No experience is necessary.

River City Pageant is proud to be an annual charity pageant benefiting Spokane Parks Foundation, a non-profit agency (ID #91-6033-504) whose mission is to provide resources for vibrant, healthy, accessible recreation programs and parks throughout the Spokane region. Competition weekend, contestants get to show poise in a gown or suit, fun fashion modeling in a “Spokane Pride” themed outfit, public speaking through a personal introduction, and interview skills with an on-stage question. 

Our inaugural event was April 2019 and participants collected $2,133 for park renovations and 540 swimsuits for their “Make A Splash In A Kid’s Life” program. Pageant winners become royalty for the year and volunteer together to help Spokane Parks grow while also having fun and forming close friendships.
